Notaries Public are Singapore lawyers appointed by the Board of Notaries Public to notarise documents to be used in other countries. Our notarial services include legalisation and authentication of documents, attestation and certification of signatures and stamps.

  • 1. Administer oath or affirmation in connection with any Affidavit or Statutory Declaration (SD) which is executed for the purpose of being used in court or country outside Singapore;
  • 2. Witnessing and attesting due execution of documents to be used outside Singapore;
  • 3. Certifying the identity of parties and providing certificates of true likeness in relation to identification documents; and
  • 4. Certifying documents as Originals or True Copies as shown to us.

  • The procedure of our Notarial Services

  • Step 1. Email your documents and NRIC/Passport to elengovan@singnet.com.sg.
  • Step 2. Bring along your documents and Original NRIC/Passport for Notarialisation before Notary Public.
  • Step 3. Authenticate and affix your Apostile Certificate (for countries under Hague Convention) on your notarialised documents in Singapore Academy of Law.
  • Step 4. (Optional) Legalisation in Embassy (for countries NOT under Hague Convention).
